ULTIMA TRAMPOLINE CLUB FITNESS PROGRAM

This is the club fitness program for all competing performers. This page will include conditioning videos, conditioning sheets, some nutritional advice and healthy recipes. Should your fitness program not be up to date you will not be able to compete.​ 

Click on the red button and then follow your sheet list of exercises and find the video to ensure you do the exercise correctly. Make sure the video is correct for your age group.

New videos and recipes will be uploaded fortnightly, this program is operated by Holly, please make sure you ask her should you have any queries.
